Job summary

Qualifications

• The RN must hold an active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required at hire and kept current.
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• Acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Board certification RN-BC or equivalent preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in Telemetry.
• Provide direct patient care and guide patient and family teaching.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the physician.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition and treatment response.
