Prime Healthcare Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit on the night shift (7:00pm - 7:30am, 3-12 hour shifts). Minimum 1 year acute hospital experience preferred. Active state RN license with BLS; ACLS within 30 days.

Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a comprehensive benefits package offered. The RN delivers safe patient care using the nursing process, guides patient education, and collaborates with physicians to monitor cardiac status

Formación

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certificate upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• RN-BC or similar certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within Telemetry Unit and guide patient/family teaching.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and team.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and treatment outcomes.
