Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state
• BLS certification required on hire
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
• Ventilator management experience preferred
• Acute Care hospital experience preferred
• RN-BC or similar certification preferred
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care in Telemetry Unit using the nursing process.
• Direct patient care and guide patient/family teaching while maintaining standards.
• Communicate changes in patient condition and test results to physician.

Skills

Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation

BLS certification
