Job summary

Community Health Systems, Inc. (Northwest Medical Center, Tucson) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Telemetry unit. This full-time night-shift role includes self-scheduling and a fast-paced cardiac care environment.

RN must have ACLS/BCLS certification and ACLS training; 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred. The unit cares for six patients with emphasis on safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS certifications required or in process.
• Experience in a telemetry/acute care setting preferred.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record.
