Job summary

Northwest Medical Center in Tucson is seeking an experienced RN Charge for the Telemetry unit on the night shift. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care with the health team, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a positive work environment.

This role requires 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, active RN license in AZ, BLS and ACLS, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible nurses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and support staff on the unit during shifts.
