FMOL Health in Louisiana seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, holistic care informed by education and family involvement across the patient care continuum. The RN will rely on licensure, knowledge, and experience to meet patient needs and support education for patients and families.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, planning and delivering care, coordinating discharge education, collaborating with the care team, and contributing to quality improvement efforts.

Competenze

• Graduate from accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana State RN license.
• BLS certification.

Mansioni

• Clinical Practice and Care Management
• Performs psychosocial/physiologic assessments that integrate changing data
• Formulates a plan of care based on trends, patient education and discharge planning
• Responds to changes in patient needs with holistic care and independent clinical judgment
• Documents all patient care activities per documentation standards
• Communication and Collaboration within the health care team and with patients and families to optimize outcomes
• Maintains knowledge of unit initiatives and participates in quality improvement efforts
