Job summary

Qualifications

• One year acute care nursing experience.
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana RN license and BLS certification.
• Proficient in English language, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial/physiologic assessments.
• Formulate and revise care plans based on trends and patient needs.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure efficient delivery of care.
• Document all patient care activities per standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship; participate in quality initiatives.
