Job summary

As a leader and integrator of care, the professional nurse assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates patient needs, providing high-quality nursing care across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Professional RN experience and Medical/Surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish outcomes and plan of care.
• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain education and competencies; apply evidence-based nursing practice.
