Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg Float Pool at United Hospital in Saint Paul, MN. The role covers multiple Med-Surg units, including post-surgical, general medicine, oncology, ortho, and more, to deliver high-quality care across diverse patient populations.

The position is part-time (64 hours per two-week pay period), with 8-hour night shifts and an every-other-weekend rotation. Requires MN RN license and BLS; ACLS/ALS certifications preferred or in-house training;

Qualificações

• RN licensure required (MN)
• Med-Surg/Telemetry experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS/ALS certifications preferred or in-house training
• CMSRN certification preferred
• PALS within 180 days of hire may be required

Responsabilidades

• Assess and treat patients across Med-Surg units
• Coordinate and delegate nursing care
• Maintain competencies and participate in education
• Provide high-quality patient and family education and care
• Fulfill leadership roles such as Charge Nurse or Preceptor when needed
