Allina Health’s Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a registered nurse for the Medical Telemetry unit, focused on cardiac care. The role emphasizes cutting-edge technology, teamwork, and ongoing learning to advance cardiac nursing skills.

The position offers a 0.9 FTE schedule (72 hours per two weeks) with 12-hour day/night shifts and every 3rd weekend rotation, supporting a strong patient-centered care environment.

Formación

• RN experience: 1–2 years in a clinical setting.
• Cardiac telemetry experience preferred (Tier 1).
• New RN graduate considered (Tier 3).

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive assessment and care planning for cardiovascular patients.
• Coordinate, supervise and adjust the plan of care with family and patient.
• Ensure education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
