Qualifications

• Associate's or vocational degree required for RN licensure.
• 2 to 5 years RN experience preferred in critical care or med/surg.
• Telemetry training/experience or equivalent current med/surg RN experience.
• Active RN license for MN or WI depending on site; ACLS or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across departments with critical care focus.
• Assess patients, establish care plans, coordinate and evaluate needs.
• Supervise progress, maintain competencies, apply evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate, delegate and collaborate to ensure safe care delivery.
