Job summary

Baptist Health Richmond in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Telemetry on our Med Surg Telemetry unit. This full-time day shift (7A–7P) provides patient-centered care for diverse medical-surgical and telemetry patients.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support healing, safety, and timely discharge. Kentucky RN licensure, BLS; ACLS/PALS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
• BLS required; ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Ability to work in a 22-bed Med Surg Telemetry unit.
• Competency in nursing process and patient care planning.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care in telemetry unit.
• Administer medications and monitor vitals per policy.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate post-op and acute care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
