Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Telemetry unit on the Nights shift (7P-7A). The 22-bed unit treats general medical-surgical and telemetry patients, including stroke and post-op cases.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, assess patient needs, and coordinate plan of care per department policies. Required credentials include current RN licensure by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing and BLS; ACLS & PALS within 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing.
• BLS required; ACLS & PALS (or ENPC) within 6 months of hire.
• NIHSS within 3 months of hire.
• Completion and maintenance of required competencies.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional nursing care following the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for telemetry patients.
• Delegate nursing care activities and supervise other staff as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Baptist Health policies and procedures.
