Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and professional ethics.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments; monitor patient status.
• Develop and revise patient care plans; document care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and home care.
