HonorHealth’s Thompson Peak Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks an experienced RN for our Telemetry Unit-C3. The role follows ANA standards, administers treatments, and supports patient recovery with comprehensive care planning.

The RN will collaborate with physicians, educate patients and families, and ensure safe, effective nursing practice in a fast-paced hospital setting. Sign-on bonus up to $10K offered.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Completion of BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience.
• RN licensure and ongoing certification as required by state law.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and Code of Ethics.
• Record medical history, monitor conditions, administer medications and therapies.
• Develop and update patient care plans with a focus on stroke care and patient education.
