Qualifications

• RN must be licensed to practice in Arizona.
• All Diploma/ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months of hire.
• Requires med-surg or acute care experience; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients, collect data and assist with diagnostics.
• Administer medications and IV therapy, monitor dosages and responses.
• Develop, implement and revise patient care plans with the team.
• Educate patients and families on care, home management and self-care.
• Supervise LPNs and aides, delegating tasks as appropriate.
