Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit-2A/2F-Advanced Cardiac Care in Scottsdale. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include creating and adjusting care plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe, cost-effective care. Sign-on bonus of up to $10k is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• RN-level clinical competency.
• Experience in med-surg or acute care settings.
• RN licensure in Arizona; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and professional ethics.
• Record patient histories, assess conditions, and help diagnose using clinical data.
• Administer medications and IV therapies with careful dosage checks.
• Develop and revised care plans in collaboration with patients/families.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, diet, and self-care.
