HonorHealth's Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit-3W Advanced Cardiac Care on day shift. The RN provides patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an Associates or Diploma in Nursing, BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience, and BLS. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 offered.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience required.
• Current Arizona nursing license or compact state licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to patients on the Telemetry Unit-3W-Advanced Cardiac Care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a family-centered approach.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
