Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• 1–2 years RN experience in telemetry or acute care preferred.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in MN (or WI if applicable) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive patient and family assessment with outcome-based care planning.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain competencies and incorporate evidence-based nursing practice.
• Establish realistic, measurable patient outcomes with the care team.
• Assist with charge nurse or preceptor roles as assigned.
