Allina Health is seeking a Critical Care RN for Unity Campus in Fridley, MN. The role is part-time with day/night shifts and a 12-hour shift length. The unit emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, and coordination across disciplines to ensure safe patient outcomes.

The position requires 2–5 years of RN experience, MN licensure, and critical care or ED background. ACLS/ALS or in-house ACLS is required or can be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• 2–5 years RN experience required.
• Licensed RN in MN or WI as applicable.
• ACLS/ALS or in-house ACLS training within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient and family assessments and establish care plans.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain competencies and adhere to evidence-based nursing practices.
• Act as Charge Nurse or Preceptor when in those roles.
