Allina Health is seeking a registered nurse for the Cardiac Medicine telemetry unit. The 44-bed unit provides care for NSTEMI, arrhythmias, heart failure and post-procedure patients, with 8- and 12-hour shifts and an 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two weeks).

The role requires 1–2 years of RN experience, state licenses, ACLS/ALS as applicable, and offers a family-like culture, preceptors, leadership opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Associate’s or Vocational degree
• 1-2 years RN experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in nursing or related field

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish outcomes and plan of care
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care with family/patient collaboration
• Fulfills organizational requirements and participates in leadership activities as assigned
• Provide care within the Cardiac Medicine/telemetry inpatient unit
