Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing preferred.
• Associate degree or nursing diploma acceptable.
• Internal MLKCH Versant Nurse Residency program may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to anticipate and plan patient/family needs.
• Perform focused assessments and adjust care per patient population.
• Provide age-appropriate care and apply current literature and critical thinking.
• Document care and communicate changes with the physician and team.
• Coordinate discharge planning with Care Managers.
