Qualifications

• Recent acute Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required before hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process, assessing health status and planning care.
• Coordinate care with the health care team to ensure quality and continuity.
• Maintain patient safety, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to infection control policies.
• Perform duties as charge nurse as needed and participate in unit meetings and QA activities.
