The role requires participating in care planning, coordinating with the care team, maintaining infection control, and contributing to QA activities. A strong commitment to patient safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Recent acute Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification required before hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process and document care clearly.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control and standard precautions.
• Participate in unit meetings and QA activities.
