Qualifications

• Recent acute Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Current licensure as an Registered nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing,

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care using the Nursing Process: assess health status, analyze data, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborates with other health care providers to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Provides health teaching for patient and/or patient representative.
• Acts as charge nurse as needed.
• Performs infection control and standard precautions.
• Participates in unit-based QA studies and training programs.
