Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton (Beth Israel Lahey Health) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for 2 East, a 25-bed adult medical–surgical telemetry unit. You will deliver safe, patient-centered care on a dynamic team with opportunities for growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and coordinates nursing interventions.
• Assists in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
• Communicates with interpreters for patients with limited English proficiency.
• Collaborates with other health care providers to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Maintains competencies and participates in unit-based QA and training programs.
