Job summary
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3 North telemetry unit at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton. The role involves 36 hours per week across three 12‑hour shifts, with day rotation and every other weekend and holiday rotation.
The unit cares for a diverse adult medical–surgical population with telemetry monitoring. We offer competitive pay with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and more.
Qualifications
- Recent acute Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS required for Critical Care Units.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using the Nursing Process and document care thoroughly.
- Coordinate with health care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Deliver care to patients on a telemetry unit, including dysrhythmia recognition.
- Participate in unit-based QA, meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Assist with supply management and unit operations as directed.
- Adhere to standard precautions and infection control policies.
