Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• NJ RN license and BLS required.
• Completion of orientation requirements at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care per standards and policies.
• Participate in discharge planning with written teaching plans.
• Assist with IV care, phlebotomy, and medication administration.
• Act as charge nurse as delegated and supervise staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety.
