RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Telemetry Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey. You will provide high-quality care across multiple units, including CTICU Stepdown and Neuro/Heart Failure units, with a focus on teamwork and continuous professional growth.

The role requires NJ RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN is preferred. Night shifts are full-time (three 12.5-hour shifts weekly).

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems (EPIC) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor clinical changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for care decisions.
• Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity.
