RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an RN for the Nursing Float Pool per diem night at Jersey City Medical Center. The role requires active NJ RN license, BLS, and 1–2 years telemetry/medical-surgical experience. Night shifts include four shifts per month with at least one weekend and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years telemetry/medical-surgical hospital experience (intermediate care and ventilator experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and adhere to hospital policies.
• Implement performance-improvement activities and adjust treatment modalities based on patient needs.

Education

Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement

BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
