Job summary

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 12.5 Specialty Float Tele unit. Location is New Jersey, with Evening shifts and a full-time schedule. Pay ranges from $47.85 to $60.60 per hour, reflecting experience and orientation requirements.

The Telemetry Float Pool provides exposure to multiple units and a collaborative team environment. Required are NJ RN licensure and BLS, with a preference for BSN or current enrollment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of all orientation requirements of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
• Successful completion of all orientation programs.
• Preferred: BSN or matriculating.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate patient care in the Telemetry Float Pool.
• Support discharge planning with written teaching for patients and families.
• Demonstrate professional nursing judgment and appropriate delegation.
• Assume charge nurse functions as delegated by Nurse Manager.
• Ensure accurate documentation and medication administration per policy.
