RTX is seeking junior engineers to join the Effector Analog & Power (EAP) Team in Tucson, AZ, focusing on Telemetry and Flight Termination Systems. The role involves designing and testing analog/mixed-signal electronics, power regulation, and related subsystems for flight tests.

Candidates should have STEM degrees and relevant electronics experience. The team emphasizes rigorous standards and collaboration with external suppliers; relocation is eligible, and onsite work is required in the

Competenze

Requires a bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience OR an advanced STEM degree.
Experience with electronics design with emphasis on systems and/or subsystems.
Experience utilizing and/or creating electrical design specifications.
Experience with analog electronics design, including one or more of the following: FETs/BJTs, op-amp, filters, termination, A/D converters, level shifters.
Experience using tools such as MATLAB, MathCAD, Mathematica, or other similar tools.

Mansioni

Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and mixed signal electronics circuitry.
Assist in designing electronics at the subsystem or PCB level.
Help to see PCB development through its design phases, from requirements definition through initial integration testing.
Be the “Responsible Engineering Authority” (REA) for FTS and/or TM designs.
Generate and/or compile all required analysis and documentation verifying compliance with program and performance requirements.
