Job summary

Thriveworks in Red Bank, New Jersey seeks a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a telemedicine-enabled role with in-person intake and follow-up visits. Compensation ranges from $141,000 to $203,000 per year based on 25–35 clinical hours weekly; W2, fee-for-service structure.

In-state licensure and PMHNP board certification required; 1 year psychiatry experience preferred. The clinician will assess adults and adolescents, collaborate on care plans, and participate in ADHD

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP in NJ with board certification.
• Master's Degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
• Experience in psychiatry; 1 year required.
• In-state licensure required for practice.
• Completion of ADHD treatment standards training with certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for adults and adolescents.
• Provide in-person and telemedicine care with follow-up.
• Prescribe medications as clinically indicated.
• Develop and document comprehensive care plans with clients.
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools.
