Thriveworks in Toms River, New Jersey is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. Clinicians must be licensed in the practicing state and available for 25–35 hours weekly; compensation ranges from $141,000 to $203,000 annually on a fee-for-service (W2) basis.

This telemedicine-focused role emphasizes safe prescribing, ADHD treatment standards, and ongoing professional development. Candidates should hold PMHNP board certification and a Master’s in Nursing with prescriptive authority.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required.
• Licensed and living in the practicing state is required.
• In-house training on ADHD treatment standards with certification exam.

Responsabilités

• See intakes in person and follow up with candidates in person every 90 days.
• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations in person and via telemedicine.
• Treat patients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients and programs.
