Thriveworks in Toms River, New Jersey seeks a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide high‑quality care to adults and adolescents via telemedicine and in‑person visits.

This W2/fee-for-service role offers compensation ranging from $141,000 to $203,000 per year based on 25–35 clinical hours weekly, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training opportunities. Applicants must hold NJ licensure and PMHNP board certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with state license
• Board Certification required
• Active prescriptive authority in NJ
• 3 years of experience a plus; 1 year psychiatry required
• Must be licensed and reside in the practicing state

Responsibilities

• See intakes in person and follow up in person every 90 days
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations in person and telemedicine
• Willingness to treat ages 14 and up
• Prescribe medications as needed to reduce symptoms
• Create and update individualized care plans with clients
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on clients and programs
