Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Red Bank, New Jersey. This Fee-for-Service (W2) position offers a compensation range of $71,000–$102,000 per year based on 15–20 hours per week, with telemedicine support and in-person care as needed.

You will assess and treat adults and adolescents with conditions such as depression, anxiety and ADHD, while collaborating on care plans and following Thriveworks clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with board certification and active NJ prescriptive authority.
• Masters in Nursing with APRN licensure and PMHNP certification.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• See intakes in person and follow up with candidates in person every 90 days.
• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in in-person and telemedicine capacity.
• Willingness to treat 14 years old and up.
• Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate with clients on care plans.
• Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services.
