Qualifications

• Must be able to manage a remote team of Nurse Practitioners across the United States.
• Responsible for schedule adherence, attendance, responsiveness, and operational commitments.
• Maintain accurate provider data, schedules, and operational records.
• Identify and address scheduling or coverage gaps proactively.
• Escalate clinical or operational matters as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate a remote team of Nurse Practitioners across the United States.
• Hold providers accountable for shifts and coverage.
• Manage provider scheduling and ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Collaborate with vendors, providers, facilities, and clinical team.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to operational queries.
• Escalate issues appropriately and follow through to resolution.
