Qualifications

• Active RN license with multi-state or compact licensure preferred.
• Experience in virtual care practice or healthcare contact center operations.
• Minimum of 3 years in people leadership and supervising clinical or production teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care navigation operations from case assignment to closure with clear ownership.
• Lead longitudinal chronic care management and 24/7 nursing coverage including shift handoffs and escalations.
• Direct RTM activities: outreach, adherence monitoring, and documentation compliance.
