CarePoint Health is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator for the CarePoint Blue Sky Neurosciences Inpatient team. You will oversee provider onboarding, access support, and facility-mandated training coordination for telemedicine shifts across service lines.

This hybrid role in Greenwood Village offers a base salary and benefits. You will troubleshoot access issues, document activity, and collaborate across IT and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years of project coordination experience in healthcare.
• Experience working with healthcare providers, hospital offices, or IT teams preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system access issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for providers prior to telemedicine shifts.
• Triage and resolve ongoing provider access issues with hospital clients.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and track required steps before start dates.
• Monitor milestones and escalate delays to stakeholders as needed.
• Liaise with hospital IT to troubleshoot and restore provider access quickly.
• Contribute to process improvement and metric tracking.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and providers.
• Coordinate facility-mandated training requests for readiness.
• Support internal teams with facility technology transitions.
