CarePoint seeks an Onboarding Project Coordinator to lead provider onboarding, access support, and training coordination for telemedicine services across departments. This hybrid role collaborates with hospital IT and clinical staff to ensure operational readiness and minimize disruptions.

The position is based in Denver with a Greenwood Village office, offering a base salary of $65,000–$70,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package to support health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project coordination experience in healthcare.
• Experience working with healthcare providers, Medical Staff Offices, or IT teams preferred.
• Proven track record troubleshooting system access issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for providers prior to telemedicine shifts.
• Triage and resolve ongoing access issues with hospital clients and providers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure completion before start date.
• Monitor milestones, identify delays, and escalate when needed.
• Liaise with hospital IT to troubleshoot and restore provider access quickly.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and providers.
• Coordinate facility-m mandated training requests for readiness.
• Assist with facility technology transitions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
