Qualifications

• Physician (MD/DO) with license in good standing
• 2+ years managing OUT with buprenorphine experience preferred.
• 5+ years experience working with similar member populations.

Responsibilities

• Determine member’s medical necessity for treatment.
• Coordinate care with community providers.
