Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time Telematics Technical Support Engineer in Mossville, IL. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with dealer support to resolve complex issues and improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; internship accepted.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting theory.
• Electrical background with ability to read schematics.
• Understanding of J1939, Ethernet and Modbus protocols.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of escalated telematics tickets from Tier 2 Customer Support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot telematics and connectivity issues remotely with dealers.
• Resolve routine issues independently and escalate critical issues internally.
• Collaborate with Product Support and Engineering teams to drive timely resolution.
