Job summary

Cullerton Group is seeking a qualified engineer to provide Tier 2 support for escalated telematics and connectivity issues. You will analyze system behavior, read schematics, and implement resolutions while communicating findings to dealers and support teams.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and solid knowledge of embedded hardware/software, J1939, Ethernet, and Modbus.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant technical field, plus 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships accepted).
• Candidates should have electrical troubleshooting and schematic-reading skills, basic embedded hardware and software knowledge, familiarity with J1939, Ethernet, and Modbus, C or C++ programming experience, and strong technical communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated telematics and connectivity issues by investigating system behavior, interpreting schematics and technical data, and recommending or implementing resolutions.
• Collaborate with dealers, customer-support teams, and engineering groups, escalating complex issues when specialized expertise is needed.
