Samsara is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its Telematics BU. You will own cross-cutting initiatives, shape strategic bets, and partner with engineering to prototype and validate ideas with real customers. This role blends strategic influence with hands-on product work.

The position emphasizes ownership, market sizing, and collaboration with go-to-market and field teams to drive growth while expanding Samsara’s core telematics offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B SaaS products from concept to launch.
• Strong ability to size markets and build business cases from first principles.
• Proven track record of influencing across GTM, sales, and engineering.
• Comfort with using AI tools to prototype and validate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-cutting initiatives for the Telematics business unit and work with GTM leaders.
• Identify and incubate adjacent product bets, form hypotheses, build business cases, prototype with engineering.
• Operate as a deeply hands-on contributor on complex problems.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we expand globally.
