We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our lawn care team. This position is responsible for growing our customer base through outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. The Telemarketing Sales Representative will promote lawn care services, identify customer needs, generate sales opportunities, and close new business.

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. This person should enjoy working toward goals, be able to handle rejection professionally, and have a strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using assigned call lists, leads, and CRM systems.
• Promote lawn care services, including fertilization, aeration and overseeding, pest control, mosquito control, and seasonal service packages.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services by clearly communicating service options, pricing, and benefits.
• Generate sales opportunities, overcome objections, and close new business while maintaining a professional and positive approach.
• Follow up with leads, quotes, inquiries, and previous customer interactions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
• Accurately document customer information, sales activity, call notes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and collaborate with other departments to support a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Talent:

• Previous telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, call center, or related sales experience a must; lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or home services experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly telephone presence.
• Ability to identify customer needs, effectively communicate service benefits, and confidently recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ability to handle objections, overcome rejection, and remain motivated while working toward sales goals.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to accurately manage customer information and follow-up activities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn and effectively use CRM and other business software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimal of two (2) years of sales, telemarketing, call center, or related experience required.
