Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, seeks licensed clinicians in Florida for remote telehealth work serving Massachusetts clients. Opportunities include full-time salaried roles or hourly fee-for-service, with W-2 employment and flexible scheduling.

You will provide telehealth services to diverse clients, receive scheduling support and supervision, and access professional development and licensure assistance. Some evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be an active Florida clinician or RCSWI.
• Must obtain Massachusetts license with our support.
• Excellent documentation and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide telehealth therapy to Massachusetts clients.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
