Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seekingLicensed Clinicians in Florida for 100% telehealth therapy serving Massachusetts clients. You will be employed as a W-2 with either full-time salary or hourly fee-for-service, offering flexibility and stability.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinician in Florida or RCSWI is required.
• Must obtain Massachusetts license with our support prior to start.
• Must pass background screening through Florida Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to Massachusetts clients.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate with families and medical providers.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when needed.
