Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking licensed clinicians in Florida for 100% telehealth roles serving Massachusetts clients. We offer full-time salaried or hourly fee-for-service positions with guaranteed salary and W-2 employment.

Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy via telehealth; complete intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Requires Florida licensure (RCSWI or independent) and Massachusetts license with our support;

Qualifikationen

• Florida licensure or eligibility as RCSWI / independently licensed clinician
• Must obtain Massachusetts license with company support before start

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth to Massachusetts clients
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Ausbildung

Registered Social Work Intern (RCSWI) or Independently Licensed Clinician in Florida

Massachusetts license required with company support
