Job summary

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is hiring licensed clinicians in Florida for telehealth to Massachusetts clients. Options include full-time salaried roles or hourly fee-for-service with W-2 employment.

The role supports flexible scheduling, supervision, licensure assistance, and strong clinical autonomy. You will provide telehealth services to Massachusetts clients, with supervision, development opportunities, and required licensure support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Florida clinician (RCSWI or independent license) with readiness to obtain MA licensure.
• Ability to provide telehealth to Massachusetts clients from Florida.
• Ability to manage caseload with strong documentation and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy via telehealth to Massachusetts clients.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
