Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking Licensed Clinicians in Massachusetts for hourly fee-for-service telehealth roles, offering W-2 employment and flexible scheduling.

Clinicians provide therapy to diverse clients from home, with supervision, professional development, and licensure assistance included. Availability includes some evenings or weekends, with bilingual skills a plus.

Formación

• Masters level or licensed clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Access to laptop or CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
